Ms. Liu graduated from the Physics Department of the Capital Normal University. She obtained her patent agency qualification certificate in April, 1985.

 

From May, 1985-March, 1988, Liu worked as a patent attorney in Beijing Electronics Patent Agency.

 

From March, 1988-March, 1998, she worked as deputy chief of the Patent Agency of Capital Normal University in charge of patent cases of universities in Beijing.

 

From September 1999-December 2003, she worked as a patent agent for Beijing Leibo Medical & Health Patent Attorneys.

 

From March, 2004-December 2009, she worked as a patent agent for Tee & Howe Intellectual Property Attorneys.

 

From 2010-now, she founded Joyan Intellectual Property Office.
